ARTICLES FROM UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS WHICH SEEM TO HAVE BEARING ON THE RIGHTS OF THE EVICTED-- AS IN A WAY ALL OF US ARE 'EVICTABLE' IN WAYS-REAL ;-[ . . . USA HAS    NOT   PASSED THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS, MOSTLY IT WOULD SEEM DUE TO REPUBLICAN OR CRYPTO-REPUBLICANS AS INHERE IN THE US SENATE;   YET!  WE NOTE THAT IT IS
PERSUASIVE, PERSUASIVE AUTHORITY. . .
Article 12  
No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home 
or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has 
the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Article 17  
1.  Everyone has the right to own property alone as well as in association with 
others.  
2.  No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his property.
Article 25  
1.  Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and 
well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing 
and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security 
in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or 
other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.  
2.  Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All 
children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social 
protection.

Big Clearance of Homeless Camps Downtown Set for 10.4.2021(?)

  The City of Louisville has given 21 days notice to obvious eyesore downtown homeless camps to clear out, break camp, as I calc on or before October 4. There are homeless people who for a variety of reasons must or prefer to sleep outdoors rather than in a homeless shelter; these are the public visage in many cities in the USA, and I would think that my Louisville has camping-homeless-demographics, about 1% of the total population of this Metro, which rival those of places more-notorious for 'rough sleepers' like cities in  California. This is a liberal and progressive city. What the city fathers/mothers say about what needs to be done with this segment of homeless folk speaks to an official compassion which must at the same time consider what must be much psychosocial disdain/aversion for the spectacle of people living in tents-- and with less protection-- on city sidewalks. . . so noticeably this shows at Derby/Breeders'-Cup times when these folks are gathered and placed...

VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN/HOMELESS=> WHAT ABOUT VIOLENCE CONTRA TRANS-WOMEN LIKE ME???

 I am enrolled at the University of Louisville, thanks-be to my own sense of what Abe Maslow called "B-values," and have-now great potential to do research at the 'bibliographic level' if not as foot-soldier doing field research on the homeless in this town, essentially as a participant observer yet with a sense of rigor as a trained social scientist who knows 'how research should be done.' Ekstrom Library at the UL Belknap Campus is a kind of  'second home' to me, a comfortable place in which I can operate at the level that best-boosts my elan as a thinking-person, as career-student with then almost no concern that I am a look-alike-woman or moreover that I am a homeless look-alike-woman, a condition re which I have been informed, and re which with some softened reality as sheltered-homeless can well report.
