Just How Funny was My Eviction, Madame Dominatrix Your Honor Judge of Louisville Evictions?

On or about April 12, this year, I had attended my Eviction Court appointment; I can say that such litigations as here are done in the Hall of Justice, downtown in Louisville at 6th and Jefferson Streets. As I had been having immense trouble with my bank (PNC), I for example did not know whether the rental-payments as WERE supposed to be taken from my bank account indeed did happen, so I brought with me significantly more cash than the entire year of rentals would-have-been. <Simply stated, my bank put up 'roadblocks' to finding out just how much money-- or not-so in OD-- was to my credit, and that did irritate me enough to this moment for me to have a happier account with L&N Credit Union, just some few blocks from here where I sit in the Louisville Free Public Library.> I had as I said enough cash to 'pay away' the usual problems that would be the concern of an eviction legal proceeding, as if indeed on some chance that I was behind in the rent-- eventually here I shall explain why certain knowledge of this matter would be less definite than had been the case then.

I had been to Eviction Court previously-- as a professional social worker, and once-- with a misunderstanding by my Lord of Land the-same as this year's ?misunderstanding?-- as a tenant, all other ejections from happy home dealt with before a final court-judgment. Noticeable was the total absence of people, and indeed this Eviction Court set of participants was tiny-- like one or two others besides myself. It would be plausible to think that hereat the number of folk drug into court for eviction would have been down due to the federal and Commonwealth injunctions against kicking people out of domicile here.

My proceeding was to take place at 9a on that day, and while it did take some waiting beyond that moment chronologically, I went in as invited by the Bailiff (of the Sheriff's Department like the Evictors) and saw a few people behind the 'bench,' as well as a number of officers in Sheriff's uniform. The Judge was a new person to me, a blond or dyed-blond woman in perhaps late thirties, nonchalant I would say in talking on the phone with someone who turned out to be Paul Neal, my Landlord's ?legal? fixer-attorney. The Judge (whose name may be surname Delahanty) was asking IF THIS WAS TO BE AN EVICTION FOR NON-PAYMENT OF RENT OR-- JUST A KICK-OUT AS IF THE LEASE-CONTRACT WOULD NOT BE RENEWED. It was the latter: I knew enough about the law and common law that Mr. Bryant as no slave was free NOT to renew the lease with me, a tenure of 10 years at 3640 Manslick Road 40215, BUT THAT THIS ALMOST COULD NOT HAVE BEEN A REALLY SOLID PERSONAL BREACH OF TERMS, AS I AM CHASTE IN HABITS, ALWAYS PAY THE RENT-- YES HAD BEEN PAYING HIM $360 FOR THE LEASE CONTRACT'S REQUIREMENT OF $340, AND HAD TRIED WITH GREAT EFFORT AND USUALLY OK SUCCESS TO KEEP PEACE WITH THE NEIGHBORS AND THE MANAGEMENT AND

WOULD NOT EVER BE EAGER TO ASK FOR MAINTENANCE UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.

The Judge told me that this latter situation-- non-renewal of the lease-- would require my eviction: how soon can I move out of the apartment? Donno. I thought the federal and state governments had rather 'outlawed' evictions. . . <Judge's laughter> That doesn't matter. <More laughter from the Judge> Here are some people who can help you in this <do-nothing legal and quasi-legal agencies' pamphlets><Yes the Judge-- Judge Delahanty or so-called-- was seemingly really enjoying my 'pickle' in being evicted agt 74yoa and with heart-condition recommended for surgery and cataracts and diabetes-- was all PRETTY FUNNY to her> I do not wish you a nice day. For this you will go to Hell <said in no angry terms) and with 'glossolalia' at my ability I did maledict what seemed raw, unfair, a travesty of decency if not (ultimately) of law.

JUDICIAL BEHAVIOR GOES WITH JUDICIAL TEMPERAMENT, AND THE JUDGE'S CODE OF CONDUCT; I have to feel that even apart from having no better information as to WHY I had to leave my apartment on Manslick Road, the very way this Judge's don't care that this hurts, boy this is funny, could not satisfy at all my impression of 'something-kangaroo' about what went on in that court proceedilng evicting me, approximately if not exactly April 12, 2021.

I went home, I phoned by Google Voice Erica Bryant, Mr. Bryant's daughter, who told me YES RIGHTO WE ARE NOT RENEWING THE LEASE-- I SHALL PAY YOU THE RENT $ THAT YOU PAID THIS YEAR WE ARE NOT RENEWING YOUR RENTAL LEASE <which is another story in this narrative with many complications-- but it needs be said here THAT I WAS   NOT   AS PROMISED PAID THE RENT-BACK-- BUT WHY O WHY DID THEY NOT PRIOR TO THIS MOMENT GIVE ME LEGALLY-REQUIRED

NOTICE

AS TO WHY O WHY ALL THIS HAPPENED. . .

Anywho, it seems pretty obvious that with such behavioral stance, 'Judge Delahanty' or whomever the judge's name was LAUGHING HER GUTS OUT THAT I WAS-- OLD AND SO-CRIPPLED BEING SENT INTO COVID-WORLD UNVACCINATED AND WITH ENOUGH BODILY INFIRMITIES AS TO CHALLENGE MY VERY PHYSICAL SURVIVAL-- RISKS WHICH DO SEEM REAL TO ME UNTO THIS DAY

AND NOT A WHIT

FUNNY
