I WANT TO WRITE ABOUT ALL SALIENT 'WHAT THE HELLS' ABOUT MY LIFE THIS YEAR, OF TWO SORTS-- THE EXPERIENCE AS OF MAY 12 TO NOW OF EVICTED RENTPAYER'S LAMENTATIONS, WHICH WILL GO INTO THE BLOG WITH A LINK ABOUT MY OTHER OBSERVATIONS ABOUT HOMELESSNESS AND 'SQUATING' IN A GOOGLE DRIVE FOLDER,
ALSO   OF THE DUBIOUS MANNER MOTIVATED BY ILLEGALS PERCHANCE  AT 3640 MANSLICK ROAD "THE OAKS"--
SUCH THAT I GET EVICTED HOMLESSLY AS 'STRAIGHT-ARROW TRANNIE' WHILE OTHER NEIGHBORS 'DEALING' AND PROSTITUTING ARE UTTERLY LEFT ALONE TO WHAT I MIGHT CALL 'THEIR CRIMINAL MISCHIEF'=> THE BLOG WILL BE    PUBLIC   THE INFO ABOUT THE 'UNDERGROUND ECONOMY' OF DOPE AND WHORING TO GO COVERT, INTO A FILE THAT I WOULD ASK     YOU    TO CONSIDER BUT SHOWING THESE DOSSIERS TO

WHEN THE TIME COME-- YOU WILL HAVE THE 'LINK' IN DRIVE-- BUT AS THE RUMOR IS AND OUT OF THE MOUTH OF THE LAST CABBY TO GIVE ME A RIDE TO ST VINCE-PAUL THERE IS A SUSPICION THAT POLICE ARE DRAWING EMOLUMENTS LIKE $ FROM ILLEGALS LIKE EXTANT OSTENSIBLY IN LAST DOMICILE IN WHICH I LIVED. . .

.. .At the present time, I have some idea that there was a nefarious culture element in the advent of my eviction (having paid rent, and in such time as Verboten by the feds and Commonweath); in further writing, I shall make a folder in Google Drive-- noting all things-- such as the utter non-observance by police of the underground economy at 3640 Manslick Road ("the Oaks" where at #18 I lived) coupled with a twin of LMPD visits to me, 1. a triad of police officers showing at my door WHAT ARE YOU DOING? Watching YouTube inside AMANDA DOES NOT WANT TO BE YOUR FRIEND ANY MORE (referring to 'Amanda Jones' DOB 5.8.2021, the one to whom I GA VE 500 dollars rent money (stimulus $) for 'rent' in January and about the same in Feb, also the woman who obviously STOLE (will make account later) $500 in March) ok (meaning, like alright Cops no 'skin' offa me, I am just kind to her asking me such like); WHY DO YOU MAKE PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM YOUR DOORWAY (not ok questions re free speech always in broad daylight) do you guys have a warrant or something? (shut the door they-gone). 2. Two cops visit some 4 days prior to eviction May 12 'DO YOU TAMPER WITH FOLKS' CARS IN THIS COMPLEX? No, but now that you mention it, the guy who carries auto-pistol and seems nefarious in #15 just came up and said 'You are f___king with my car, and knocks (more of) my living-room window out, also death threats several just before the gun-guy-of-15 shows LOTS OF QUESTIONS ABOUT AUTO TAMPERING, NO INGTEREST IN DEATH THREATS ON ME (ditto result when I tried to make 'anonymous tip line (with real person taking call) of death threats and 1st knocking-window out in Feb, about 1-2 weeks after Valentines; cop at "Anonymous Tip Line-- real person, no voice-recording-- wanted to know if I had ever been labelled 'schiz' (answer as is common for mental health consumers is YES BUT I said this is re MURDER, and cop hangs up on me. (I do not call the police about anything; no cops tend to believe me once knowing of prior psychiatry or guessing about the-same; calling cops, moreover, is a PERFECT WAY TO GET KILLED. . . notwithstanding of course the calls that neighbors make near-nuisance but as mental client I do have a 'record' (mental calls, disorderly conducts, 3 classD felonies deemed stalking etc. when I was derangedly trying to save a colleague-psychiatrist's life) SO ALL PRESENCE IN MY LIVING OF COPS IS POTENTIALLY DANGER TO 'LIFE LIBERTY HAPPINESS.'

 Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer just announced that open property has been set aside for 'campers' as I call the homeless people who prefer, or who cannot do otherwise than, sleep out of doors, and not (as I) in a shelter. At this link, I have posited a link to the transcript of this announcement and its speakers there and then. The property is downtown, more properly stated than as being in 'Old Louisville,' and is located at the former site for Roman Catholic Chancery Office, 212 E. College Street. The land is close to me, at St. Vincent de Paul shelter for men (1034 South Jackson Street); it is even closer to the Salvation Army GHQ and the Franciscan Free-Luncheon/Shelter. The City predicts that the campsite will be operational in November of this year. Evidently the Louisville planners/executors fothis campsite idea got 'leads' from the cities of Denver Colorado and Santa Rosa California, which venues report negligible crime etc. associated with this move. Big Clearance of Homeless Camps Downtown Set for 10.4.2021(?)

  The City of Louisville has given 21 days notice to obvious eyesore downtown homeless camps to clear out, break camp, as I calc on or before October 4. There are homeless people who for a variety of reasons must or prefer to sleep outdoors rather than in a homeless shelter; these are the public visage in many cities in the USA, and I would think that my Louisville has camping-homeless-demographics, about 1% of the total population of this Metro, which rival those of places more-notorious for 'rough sleepers' like cities in  California. This is a liberal and progressive city. What the city fathers/mothers say about what needs to be done with this segment of homeless folk speaks to an official compassion which must at the same time consider what must be much psychosocial disdain/aversion for the spectacle of people living in tents-- and with less protection-- on city sidewalks. . . so noticeably this shows at Derby/Breeders'-Cup times when these folks are gathered and placed...

HOMELESS WHO TAKE-OVER/DWELL IN VACANT BUILDINGS=> WOULD THIS BE OK WITH 'LANDMARK AUTHORITY,' LOUISVILLE KY???

 I am following Websites that proffer information about homelessness, in especial, sites that either ADVOCATE for the rights of the un-homed, and too those Websites that allude to resources that the homeless may use to further themselves for providing shelter. There are a lot of sites which have this function, .orgs, .govs and a few but evidently OK .coms. I just found a link that has folks un-homed in Eastern Los Angeles rather 'taking over' vacant properties which (for some odd-seeming reason) are owned by the California Transit Authority (which seems similar to our Louisville Transit Authority of River City TARC).
