BRYANT WAS $340; I    DID TOO     PAY HIM 360 AS SOME GOOD-WILL ARRANGEMENT WITH IMPLIED FEELING THAT IN SOME WAY HE WOULD THENCE BE LESS-WILLING TO KICK-ME OUT). WATER COMPANIES CAN BRING IN WATER; AIR CONDITIONERS ARE BUY-ABLE; ALMOST ALL WAREHOUSES HAVE ELECTRICITY. . .

YET!!!!! THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING HERE; THIS HAS TO DO WITH SEVERAL COMPLEX FACTORS, NOT JUST THE MOTIVE TO VEND EXPENSIVE APARTMENTS FOR DOMICILE AT RATES THAT MAKE "BETTER MONEY," BUT THE GENERAL DEMAND THAT BUILDING CODES FOR WHAT HAVE BECOME CODE-VIOLATION HOUSING UNINTS HAVE MEANT THAT "PEOPLE LIKE ME" (WHO JUST WANT THE CHEAPEST AND MOST BASIC HOUSING, FREE OF EVICTION AND

A DESIRE TO KEEP THE LORD OF THE LAND THE-HELL-OUT

THE UNAVOIDABLE PERCEPTION I HAVE IS THAT THERE ARE PLACES ALL AROUND ME-- JUST A PLACE WITH "JUICE"/ELECTRICITY AND-I-CAN-SUPPLY-ALL-THE-REST IS

OUTLAWED 

BECAUSE OF FEDERAL LAWS (HOUSING ACTS ETC.) AND STATE LAWS AND CITY ORDINANCES WILL NOT 

SEE THE FOREST FOR THE TREES-- HORDES OF CAMPING AND SWEATING AND THE OTHER ROUGH-SLEEPING-ONES IN MISSION 

ALL LIVING IN TERROR THAT THEY CANNOT FIND SHELTER

WHEN SIMPLE SHELTER EXISTS AT ALMOST EVERY STREET AND MANY CORNERS OF LOUIVILLE KENTUCKY

MAKES ME MAD! SHELTER FOR PEOPLE IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME/US=> I/WE DO NOT NEED A SPLIT-LEVEL MANSION WITH JACUZZI TO ENDURE ENDURE ENDURE HERE

SOMEBODY NEEDS TO FIGURE OUT THAT 

THE RENT IS TOO EXPENSIVE

IT IS TOO EASY TO GET KICKED-OUT/EVICTED FROM DOMICILE, AND

THAT IS WHY, AT LEAST SUBSTANTIALLY, THERE ARE SO MANY BAG-PEOPLE AND CAMPERS AND OTHER ROUGH SLEEPERS ON THE STREETS OF LOUISVILLE KY (AND PROBABLY LOTS OF PLACES IN THE USA).
