WHAT I THINK ABOUT $3MILLION MORE FOR SHELTERS WITHOUT ALTERING THAT WHICH HOMELESSNESS DERIVES STRUCTURALLY-- LORDS OF LAND W CAPRICE&GREED!!!

 The City of Louisville announced plans to take one-time Covid19 money and apply it to homelessness in town, a pressing need of course but I have comments to make;

the homelessness crisis, here and evidently across the nation is at the tail-end of a housing-crisis, which is of complex dimensions, and I am utterly unsure that mere creation of 'rooves over heads' if indeed a one-time investment will in the long run solve the problem at-fundament.

People become homeless, it seems, by the action of Lords of Land, on the one hand to make living-rents as high/expensive as will make real property owners remunerated to the degree so-preferred; on the end of the consumer of rental property, in a way that is less dominant in the North Atlantic tier of states, or perhaps in the Pacific West, it is obvious that what could be considered a slight downturn of finances can net removal/eviction from a property.

In MY case, it seems more oblique with regard to the WHY of my eviction, as without stated reason-- reason that could so easily be made correctable by action on my part-- all that happened was that the Lord of the Land decided after 11 years of my solid-rent-payment and complete effort at causing-the-landowners-no-trouble, and indeed at stringent effort to be 'Good Samaritan' to my still-loved neighbors, GONE IS MY HOME, AND THE TREASURES TO CULTURE, AND MY COMPANION KITTY

so that now I in some need of open heart surgery, and definite need for eye surgery as blinding, and getting lame, as with semi- or lightly-controlled diabetesM, in my 74th year I must limp along, dodging rain, dodging the jaundiced 911 callers who find me a loiterer desiring to rest winded and tired from walking all day, and so shunning 'TheCops,' as well as 'TheRobbers' and 'TheRapists.'

NO Mayor Fischer, I DO NOT THINK FIXING UP THE EQUIVALENT OF 'NEW HOMELESS SHELTERS' IN ALL ANSWERS THE      WHY

OF LETTING LORDS OF LAND DO AS BLACKSTONE'S COMMENTARY ON COMMON LAW DICTATES HOW 'HIS LORDSHIP' MAY DO 

WITH VIRTUAL CERTAINTY JUST ABOUT WHAT-PLEASES

NO MATTER THE PERSON AT THE END OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT, NO MATTER THE HUMAN FACTORS OF WHAT EQUITIES THE LEASEE HAS FORMED ON THE BASIS OF HIS/HER RENTAL. IT SEEMS RAW, ARBITRARY, CAPRICIOUS AFTER (IN MY CASE) 10 YEARS OF PAID RENTAL PRECEDED BY-- IN ANOTHER RENTAL BY THE SAME OWNER-- ANOTHER 10 YEARS OF SOLID RENTAL

ONLY TO HAVE ME TRYING TO STAY DRY AND FIND A HOME THAT IS NOT SO SO SO AS NOW SUCH ROUGHLY SLEEPING; I THINK THE PROBLEM BEGINS FOR ME IN EVICTION COURT AND IN RENTS THAT WOULD TAKE 50%+ OF A LOUISVILLE-RESIDENT'S USUAL RENTAL. . .
