LOITERING as the Eyesore-Homeless Person Must Commit, While Dodging 911=> An UnderReport in 'Homelessness Lit'

It may be accurately surmised that I am scouring the publications, scholarly and popular, on homelessness: I am aware that somehow what I read is rather a 'bad fit' to my personal concerns at the moment. I am yes in the midst of a Covid "hot" place as all homeless shelters probably are, I am yes disdained for what seem to be my "hate-able" girl-dressing as transF, I am yes 'between homes' with no solid fix on where my next domicile will be, I yes have been clubbed by a homeless 'camper' in a way that the over-diagnosing folk would call "PTSD," and all all all that. . .

BUT the practical and existential JOB 1 for me is none of these, but rather I am challenged by the fact that by force of circumstance, I must FIGURE OUT HOW TO BIDE TIME IN PLACES WITHOUT GETTING 'SECURITY'/911/TheCops FOR SINGLING ME OUT AS

LOITERER

<AND THIS COMPLICATED WITH THE MASK MANDATE WITH PSYCHOTIC DISCREPANCY ENFORCED IN SUNDRY PLACES; THE BUS DRIVERS AND FREE PUBLIC LIBRARY PEOPLE SAY ONE THING, THE ULOUISVILLE MAIN EKSTROM LIBRARY HAS ANOTHER VIEW OF MASKING, AND FAST-FOOD PLACES SEEM TO 'LET IT ALL HANG OUT,' >AS IF ANYTHING-GOES RE THE MASKING OF THIS

LONG-SITTING CLIENT WHO BETTER 'BUY SOMETHING' THE PLACE SELLS IN ORDER TO STAY SITTING.

<In regard to 'buying something,' I just determined that even the Kentucky university has such a sidelong-interpretable requirement: the odd Kentucky statute on 'loitering' includes about three measures, 'anti-gambling provision,' loitering on (mass?) transit, and a rider that says that one without a 'good' reason to be at a school, including a U, could be cited for loitering. Now with my student ID at University of Louisville and being enrolled in a Latin course as was my planning does seem to eradicate such a loitering estimation>.

Anyway, biding time seems to be my main and necessary occupation. Several times I have come closer to the situation where someone will indeed deem me to be just-hanging-around-our-place so run-me-off. I think my potential reader may, if accustomed as I was to doing whatever/whenever within my 'own place bothering nobody' may have to fathom this uncertain condition only by a more or less distant empathy, as it is NOT a feeling I really ever experienced before this eviction, May 12 onward to now.

<Filling-in-time SOMEWHERE SOMEHOW. . .  has other boogies: I have mentioned that a spell of rain such as we here experienced this week IS POTENTIALLY THE MAKER OF A CRISIS, for as I have written, WETTING MY 'DIGITALS' like this PC or my (still-little-understood) cellphone MEANS THAT POTENTIALLY I AM MADE-MUTE WITH DISABLED STUFF WITH WHICH TO 'HOLLER' ABOUT THE REAL ACHES/PAINS/SLOW-TORTURES OF HOMELESSNESS AS I EXPERIENCE IT>. . .  which if becoming reality would be a crisis

. . .at the level just beneath the march to Center for Women & Families then to Healing Place for Women, trek of ~20miles, all to find that I could not speak to my lawyer (State Rep. Nima Kulkarni) nor find a 'solid' mattress on which to sleep as transgendered homeless person.

I must spend 8 hours every day 'on the streets,' and thus this dilemma 'twixt biding-time and avoiding 911-/Security-/Cop- sanction(s) for LOITERING TRESPASSING and all those matters that a typical city effects from lack of compassion/heart TO RUN AN EYESORE-PERSON LIKE ME AWAY, AWAY, AWAY

. . . and it is instructive to note that much of the Louisville-now approach to the 'eyesore' of rough sleeping 'campers' is despite some handwringing and tears-crocodile HAS MUCH OF THE AWAY AWAY AWAY from the pony-playing Ole Kaintuckee Home aristocracy so well and so charitably hidden as NOW WITH THE 'APPROVED' CAMPSITE FOR HOMELESS FOLK, just across the way from me, in my neighborhood chock-full of homeless ones, sleeping rough under the sky atop pavement OR dodging easy-re-eviction for any hard understanding of 'the rules' by one particular hireling who would have always liked as now to be a 'drill instructor.' My shelter is about the best for 'men' (but what kind of 'man' am I?), but there is this existential hue of uncertain future in all such places, and indeed in all of what I know as

THE HOMELESSNESS I FEEL,

ALBEIT A SLANT ON HOMELESS CONDITION THAT NETHER THE POLITICIANS NOR THE SOCIOLOGISTS SEEM TO WANT TO WRITE-ABOUT. . .
